Finnish Potato Industry will today gather to a cruise seminar on a ferry to Tallinn, Estonia. Luonnosta's annual quality analysis day will take place on Monday the 2nd of November. The idea of the analyses is to get a better view of the quality of different potato lot. An analysis of a sample includes assesment of skin quality,inner quality, measuring of dry matter content and a cooking test. Analyses are also performed all year round to check new lots and to see, if the quality has changed during storage....
